And just like that, we are exactly halfway through this year’s 20 Books of Summer Challenge. Where is the time going?
How is everyone doing?
I am actually doing quite well. I have read 14 of my books and have reviewed the following nine:
The Untouchable by John Banville
In A Lonely Place by Dorothy B Hughes
Suzanne by Anaïs Barbeau-Lavalette, translated by Rhonda Mullins
The Living and the Rest by Jose Eduardo Agualusa, translated by Daniel Hahn
So, I am a little behind on my reviewing, but am sure I can catch up before the end of July.
Wimbledon was a BIG distraction this year so I’m trying not to get too complacent. I have a few things planned with the kids over the coming weeks so my reading and reviewing time may well be reduced.
I’m hopeful though that I can keep on track and individually review every one of my 20 books.
I hope you are all doing well with your challenge and if not, at least enjoying what you are reading because that is what it is all about! Let me know in the comments how you are all getting on!
